What Makes Us Different?
Our approach to real estate is what sets us apart from the rest. Specializing in positive relationships and crisis management.
We are experienced in dealing with all the nuances of commercial and residential real estate and don't take those relationships lightly. An organization that is adept in waking with crisis situations is what most desire from their relationship team. We don’t enter into our relationships with these thoughts, but it inevitably ends up that way. We don’t mind. It’s part of why we enjoy our job. We not only train our staff in real estate but in communication as well. As any therapist would.
Many times during a transaction, issues arise that need to be sorted through. We are development specialists and you will receive nothing less.
Realtors are therapists. We talk it through, we listen, and we problem solve. We offer advice, research, and unconditional support. We seek help and we contemplate. We want our clients , commercial or otherwise, to know that they are not alone. We are in this together.
A Piece of History "Old Town Spring":
Located near the original rail yards built in the early 1900s by the "Great Northern Railroad, the victorian-style shops today have character which adds to the nostalgic feeling of having "stepped back in time". Spring experienced steady economic growth when the rest of the nation struggled. During that period, in 1901, Spring became a crossroads for two intersecting railroad lines and added a roundhouse and 14 track yards. In 1902, several businesses began locating in Spring including an opera house, hospital, lumber mill, bank, hotels and saloons. One of which was Wunsche Bros. Cafe’ and Saloon. Old Town Spring emerged with the steady growth of merchants through the 70′s and 80′s into a favorite site of customers and visitors from all over the world and produces several popular festivals and events such as the "Texas Crawfish & Music Festival" which are held each year in April. Old Town Spring is voted one of the top attractions in Texas each year.
Greystone Real Estate is proud to call Old Town Spring our home.
